Kieren Steinborn-Busse’s Roast Chicken

This was part of a fantastic series developed by the promo team at Chello media.

They asked us to film chefs with their mothers. The chef cooked his/her mother a favorite dish and had a bit of banter whilst it happened. The Mum then did the same and talked about the early signs of developing a love for culinary treats. This particular number with Kieren resulted in a particularly delicious roast chicken with braised peas, onions, lettuce and marjoram gravy.
