Got to have multiple chandeliers!
Working with Victoria Furness from Cream Content, we loved meeting Ellie and the team at Beauty By Ellie in Solilhull.
With Carney and Rich behind the camera, the team captured a brilliant and energetic shoot at the salon, featuring salon founder Ellie Edwards. The result was a polished, engaging film that perfectly reflects both the personality of the brand and the story at its heart.
The shoot itself was expertly managed by Production Manager Fleur, who ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish handling all the necessary permissions and clearances, enabling Carney to safely fly the drone and capture a series of stunning aerial shots that add real production value and visual flair to the final film.
Inside the salon, the atmosphere was just as vibrant. Rich even makes a memorable cameo—briefly stepping out from behind the lens to enjoy a well-earned massage.
At the centre of the story is Ellie herself—the driving force behind Beauty By Ellie. The film introduces her as a lash expert, business founder, and busy mum who has built an award-winning salon from the ground up. Viewers get a glimpse into her journey: from designing her dream space to expanding her team and opening a second location, all while balancing the demands of running a growing business.
The narrative also highlights how EDF supports Ellie in keeping things simple behind the scenes, allowing her to focus on what she does best—delivering exceptional beauty services and growing her brand.
Since making the film, Ellie’s second salon and training have gone from strength to strength,
This shoot is a great example of what happens when talented crews, supportive production management, and inspiring subjects come together. From cinematic drone footage to authentic storytelling (and even a surprise cameo), it’s a project that truly captures the spirit of collaboration and creativity.
