Jun Tanaka Pickled Herring with Apple & Beetroot Salad

Here chef Jun cooks his mother a mouth watering salad of the gods.

It was a very odd kitchen for us to film in, normally we have a bit of space to move about, but the three cameras were literally on top of each other to get the angles we needed. Jun’s kitchen is long and narrow with a window at one end and that is where we nestled all the cameras.
