We’re filming with BBC Food and Dan Lepard this week enjoying the smell of freshly baked bread.

What better location than Caudwell’s Mill in Derbyshire, a cathedral to flour.  The wonderful Azmina Govingji came in to talk to us about the very best things to spread on your bread while home ec extraordinaire, Chris Taylor, produced warm loaves aplenty.  We’ve got all cameras blazing down in Rowsley with welcome appearances from steadicam and helicam and are very excited to be working on BBC Food’s very first iWonder guide.  We’ll let you know as soon as it’s baked but here’s a sneak peek of some heli-footage.
