He played in Jazz and Percussion ensembles throughout high school while moonlighting in several Rock bands. Soon after, he joined Surf-Punk legends, Agent Orange, touring with them Nationally and Internationally for several years. Since then, he has drummed for many other notable artists including Rihanna, the LA Lakers, The Surfaris, and The Rembrandts, to name just a few.
In the late 90's, Scotty built a boutique recording studio so he could accommodate his expanding music career playing drum sessions. There, he found his new passion Producing, Mixing, and Engineering artists as well. He has since Produced, Mixed, Engineered, and/or Co-written for artists such as Black Eyed Peas, Richie Kotzen, Doug Stanhope, Jake Johansen, Fishbone, State Radio, Emery Emery, Cameron Daddo, Maureen & The Mercury 5, Matriarch, Kelly's Lot, Diane Pancel, and his own Kansas City Bankroll.
