It's been a while since we've been back on the Isle and a lot has happened.  Bruichladdich is now the island's largest employer and it's only going to have more people working on the divine spirit as it grows.  There are new warehouses, new faces, and another line planned in the bottling hall.  Carney has been invited back to work specifically on a series of training videos to explain the production process and the essence of this outstanding sauce. There are also new taste sensations on the menu, namely the Port Charlotte Islay Barley and Octomore 6.3 Islay Barley.  Both of these need new films to explain just how bottle poppingly delicious they are.  Of course there's still the larger than life characters on the island and here's James Brown at the cattle auction.  You could be on Islay for a year and still want to film more, so we are cramming in the work/fun balance and editing what we capture here on site.  We will keep you updated with our progress on the gigantic lobster claw of fun that is Islay, and raise a glass to you too.
