The inspirited spring of Dirty Dotty's Well on Octomore Farm is used in Bruichladdich's bottling. We're back in the Hebrides this week, sourcing more footage for our friends at the distillery.  They pay particular attention to which water enriches their aqua vitae and we're here to encapsulate the process.
