Carney, Fleur and Rich have teamed up with Cream Content's Victoria Furness to meet another EDF team.  We're collaborating on a series of How-To films for the energy company.

Britain's biggest generator of zero carbon electricity has a fantastic call centre in Sussex and we went down to meet the team and find out how they work.
