We're back with EDF and Cream Publishing.

Carney, Fleur and Marty are working with some of our favourite clients again this week.  We're in Central London capturing EDF's incredible software engineering team as they look to welcome new members.

In 2022 we delivered a series of films showcasing coding careers with the energy giant.  "We've got a great start-up culture within a larger organisation".  For a large energy company, this isn't perhaps how you'd imagine our software engineering team to look.  But that's the culture our Principal Software Engineer Steve Bowerman has created – along with reimagining everything about the way EDF do software development.

Production Managed by Fleur, Directed by Carney and shot by him, Matt and Marty the series of films are a call to all engineers who are keen to make their mark in a career that will deliver change.  This week sees us kick of new phase of the project which will take us from Central London to the South West and North West.  This truly is an agile team.

The original campaign was shot on location at EDF's South London office and followed the lives of some of their team, the films give an insight into what makes EDF such a unique employer.  Work-life balance is crucial to the success of the team and we spent time with the renegade band of surfers, multi-marathon runners and sky-divers.

They are Britain’s biggest generator of zero carbon electricity and all their fixed home energy customers get zero carbon electricity as standard, helping their customers and colleagues live a zero carbon life.  Excitingly they are investing in new carbon-cutting tech.
