We're on Channel 4 tonight.
Raw TV, working with Channel 4, got in contact with BMRT about their upcoming documentary Britain's Winter: Storm Heroes. Carney has been documenting the team's activities for the last 18 months for an independent documentary. 2 months ago we had some very bad weather and a rescue during that time was hampered, not only by the conditions, but by abandoned vehicles in the snow. Raw TV asked if they could use the footage and then sent a crew up to film some of the team at the scene on Rushup Edge and Edale. Carney was then asked to go down to London to explain what had happened that night and we sent the very talented Richard Hitchcock-Wynne to capture him at his best. This section on the volunteers at BMRT will feature in amongst other stories from around the UK in a 60 minute documentary tonight at 8pm on Channel 4. It will also be re-edited into a 90 minute feature to be broadcast later on in the year.
