Clash Of The Romans

Hits: 290

There's a clash in Cumbria this weekend, and Carney is at Hadrian's Wall to capture the action.

We're delighted to be working with English Heritage again as they launch their brand new Clash of the Romans events.  What have the Roman's ever done for us?  Well apart from the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, a fresh water system and public health, they've given English Heritage the inspiration for a heart-thumping contest.  Two teams of Roman soldiers are fighting to fend off their foe at Hadrian's Wall with muscle and mastery they're exchanging blows with swords and shields.

Running along side the chainmail clad warriors, Captain Carney is capturing the advances with an arsenal of Canon, DJI and Rhino weaponry.

Hadrian's Wall is a spectacular World Heritage Site, stretching 73 miles from sea to sea across some of the wildest and most dramatic countryside in England.  This years sees a raft of new exhibits, experiences and events at the site.
